Introduction
Hi, I’m Yuko. I was born in Tokushima and raised in Osaka, Saitama, Gunma, and Tokyo.
I’m a Japanese language educator and an art & culture specialist. I’m also a language lover, and art has always been my lifelong passion. I studied traditional Japanese art in Japan and contemporary art in Europe, so part of me is very much an artist at heart!
Learning new languages has opened up entirely new perspectives in my life. I also understand the challenges of studying a foreign language; English was that language for me. With dedication, I reached C1 level and achieved my dream of completing a master’s degree in Europe.

Experience
I began teaching Japanese to local learners in Europe after completing my master’s degree in 2025. Most of my students are beginners starting with greetings and hiragana. I’ve also worked as a junior high school teacher, museum educator, and marketing specialist. All experiences help me explain complex language concepts in a clear, simple, and enjoyable way.
