Hi fellow Nihongo learners, I am Shovon. I have been living in Japan for more than 16 years (as of 2024), and I have completed my education here. I started to learn Japanese in 2008, and in the same year I passed JLPT N2. After completing my Masters degree in 2016, I started my career as a Web Game Developer. As of 2024 I have experience mainly in IT field both as engineer and engineering team manager. Since 2024 I co-founded the company LifeArk to help foreigners pursue their dream in Japan. I love to meet and know new people, traveling, watching movies and programming. My current hobby is teaching Japanese and for that purpose I have developed the platform LifeArk にほんご, where foreigners can learn Japanese in the most efficient way.

2005-2008 Японы Вакаяама мужийн ахлах сургууль төгссөн. 2008-2013 МУИС-ийн Гадаад Хэл Судлалд Япон хэл орон судлаачаар бакалавар зэрэгтэй төгссөн. 2016-2016 Монгол-Япон төвийн япон хэл заах аргазүйн сургалтад сууж амжилттай дүүргэсэн. 2017-2018 МУИС-ийн Хүмүүнлэгийн ухааны сургуульд Гадаад хэл заах арга зүйгээр мастерт элсэн орж нэг жил суралцсан. 2018-2020 Токиогийн Гадаад Судлалын Их сургуульд судлаачаар суралцаж төгссөн. 2020-2022 Токиогийн Гадаад Судлалын Их сургуульд монгол хэл шинжлэлээр мастер зэрэг хамгаалсан. 2022-2025 Токиогийн Гадаад Судлалын Их сургуульд монгол хэл шинжлэлээр докторантурт 3дахь жилдээ суралцаж байна.

Hi there! My name is Sayaka. I was born in Tokyo. When I was in elementary school, I became really interested in stories written by foreign authors and different languages. So, I started learning English by myself! Later, in university, I wanted to learn more about the roots of Japanese culture, so I majored in Mandarin and also studied Japanese language education as a minor. I have a certification in teaching Japanese. I love watching movies and visiting shrines and temples. And also enjoy SNS. Recently, I got really into a drama called SHOGUN on Disney+. Some of the details were tricky, but I was amazed at how it accurately showed Japanese history, culture, and the philosophy of people from that time. I hope more people around the world watch it and become interested in Japan! Reading all this, you might think I’m a serious person… but actually, I’m super friendly and easygoing! After studying both English and Japanese education, I now enjoy teaching Japanese to learners from all around the world. Hi, I’m Yuko. I was born in Tokushima and raised in Osaka, Saitama, Gunma, and Tokyo. I’m a Japanese language educator and an art & culture specialist. I’m also a language lover, and art has always been my lifelong passion. I studied traditional Japanese art in Japan and contemporary art in Europe, so part of me is very much an artist at heart! Learning new languages has opened up entirely new perspectives in my life. I also understand the challenges of studying a foreign language; English was that language for me.
